I had a bit of a situation at home with a kitchen drawer mechanism that decided to give up on me. Not being a new build and having absolutely no clue where to start looking for a replacement, I found myself in quite the pickle. That’s when I decided to call up Mr Handyman in Vancouver, and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with that decision. From the get-go, Jocelyn at the office was amazing with her constant communication. It felt like I was being taken care of every step of the way, which is a rare find these days. Then there was John, the person who came over to fix the drawer. He was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. It was clear he knew his stuff, and he handled everything from A to Z, making the whole process seamless for me. I'll be honest, their services might not fit into everyone's budget, but for someone with a hectic life like mine, it's exactly what I needed. It was worth every penny for the peace of mind and the quality of service I received. I'm definitely keeping Mr Handyman on speed dial for future repairs. It's not often you come across a service that genuinely makes your life easier, but these guys nailed it. Looking forward to doing business with them again!
